The fear is too intense and accompanied by physical symptoms like trembling, sweating, blushing, pounding heart beat, choking sensation and difficulty speaking. Natural treatment. Aside from the traditional treatment, natural remedies can be very helpful in treating anxiety disorder. Positive thinking, nutritious diet, exercise, relaxation, yoga, healthy lifestyle are just some of the natural remedies that can help you achieve better control of your mind and body to defeat social anxiety disorder.
