I come from an emerging economy, from a beautiful country, full of key potentials and many many things to share to this wonderful world! However me, you and every conscious and /or discerning citizen might ask why aren't we in the first places of the world wide competitiveness as we all can see in the World Economic Forum? I usually wonder what has made those rich countries RICH so to speak.

According to ex- president of Germany Herrn: Horst Köhler, the production and the highest levels of competitiveness of a country, go hand in hand with the level of education, not to mention other conditions. Universities play a preponderant role. When the production of a country is quite high, its presence becomes a very important fast tracking key inside the world-wide productivity gear. This causes competitiveness to rise leading to an inexorably wealth of x nation, generating richness and well-being among each one of the inhabitants. This has been the secret of Germany for example, which is ranked in the 5th place, Dominican Republic is in the 91st place.

Many personalities assume that research and development should be the leading axis for innovation and they also state the connection established between universities and the entrepreneurship spirit trying to make approaches of this constant communion. We have all read about Spain's current efforts to increase its productivity at higher levels, one of the tactic they are undertaking so far is research and development cultivation and university-companies interaction. However, the thing goes much beyond this or other renown authors conceptions.

We all have heard about frauds and scandals among big companies and organizations around the world, the last one was displayed by the FMI (Monetary International Funds) showing us scandals in the banking field, one of the variables presented by then was the fact most of those who were leading those banks were young graduate students.

We all know traditional education is based on intellect. Intellect represents just a limited brief portion of a human being development as a whole, holistically so to speak; traditional educational systems stress intellect but of course also do it in a precarious way, using limited and poor approaches. Our nature as human beings is composed basically of 4 main structures: mind, intellect, body and soul. Education ideals should go beyond intellect which is just a 4% of the brain development, most of world wide universities and MBA's study programs were simply considered unfailable, we all now wonder how can that be possible such scandals? This is kind of shocking!

I come from a MBA where specialization is not the main strategy but generalisation instead, all this focusing on splitting specializations but inside a holistic point of view, the main concept of the business school I attended was that of fusioning different aspects of the human knowledge just like following simple brain structure, simply following logics, main skeleton of it was humanism and tradition teachings such as Economics and Finances, HR Development, International Management, Strategic Management, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Marketing, Communication, etc, etc. We can all see humanists people and idealists are day by day hired by greatest companies why is that? humanists seem to be the leaders in today's new world trends, the answer is, they are simply looking for ways to go beyond this simple intellectual and unlimited approach.

This is just the first of many writings I will be displaying to you, I consider it a new approach, a new theory which is not new of course, let's just discuss it here and rise comments and discussions, I will be continuing in a next chapter.
