Cinnamon Berry, Oatmeal, ¾ cup slow cooked oatmeal, ½ cup mixed berries, ½ tea spoon of cinnamon and 1 table spoon of chopped walnutsr
Snackr
String Cheese (Mozzarella), 1-part skim milk and 1 cup of cantaloupe
Lunch
2 cups mixed greens, Chicken Salad, Alfalfa sprouts, Grape tomatoes, Green pepper strips, 4 oz grilled chicken, 1 peach (side), pork chop, 1 tbsp reg. dressing, 2 tbsp lite dressing, 1 cup cantaloupe and Cucumber slices.
Snackr
Cheese, turkey, 2 oz low fat cheese, 3 oz deli slice deli.
Dinnerr
Rollup, Pork Chop, Side salad with 1 ½ table spoon of lite dressing, 1 cup steamed broccoli that are lightly seasoned, 5 oz grilled lea
1 cup or sautéed broccoli w/1 tsp olive oil & crushed garlic, Side salad and 1 ½tbsp lite dressing.

Composition and Consistency Of The Meals:
The dietician can understand your body better. So, it is always better for you to take professional help. They can execute your diet chart and can provide you with a mathematically balanced diet regime. This nutritional chart is going to be beneficial to you for the sake of fat loss through the bootcamp exercises. A perfect ration of 40% carbohydrate along with 20 %of protein is supposed to be maintained. Green leafy vegetables and the meat are considered to be good for health. It increases the amino acid level, which takes up excess of protein.
