There is a great difference in waking up fresh and nourished in the morning after a good night sleep or still feeling tired and sleepy until midday. The morning is the most productive time for those that are awake and alert and have time on their hands before the telephones and meetings start.

There is no need to allow valuable time to go to waste just because of sleepiness. There are only few steps to fresh and alert mornings and a changed mindset and to enjoy and achieve life success.

  1. Use visualization
  2. When you wake up and before you get up imagine that you see a ray of light coming from the sun engulfing you and energizing and making you warm. Feel the energy flowing through you as a fizz in mineral water. Just think about what you are doing and nothing else.

  3. Stretch
  4. Stretch your face muscles, your throat, then lift your arms and stretch them as Well. Press your stomach muscles and your thigh muscles. Then stretch your legs and feet as much as you can. Just think about that.

  5. Washing
  6. When washing or showering visualize the water as the ray of light still waking you up. Just have your mind on that you might be surprised at what you see.

  7. Breakfast
  8. Give yourself time for the breakfast and visualize yourself being ready for the day and send a ray of light into the day that it will develop in the best way possible for you and all others you encounter. This is the way to enjoy and achieve life success.

  9. Evening preparation
  10. If you still have hard time waking up in the morning give yourself few minutes in the evening. Go in your mind through the day that now is passing and look at what you were happy with and decide to repeat that the following day also look at what positive you want out of the following day. Just concentrate on the positive and engulf in light the things you are concerned about. Then let go and relax into sleep.

Your mindset in the morning sets the stage for the rest of the day.
