What you will need:

A white candle
Clean sheets of paper
OPTIONAL: Essential Oils that are sweet, earthy and grounding like Vetiver, Ylang Ylang III, Myrrh or Patchouli
OPTIONAL: Healing Gemstones & Crystals: Smokey Lemurian or Quartz Crystal, Red Ruby or Red Garnet

Light your white candle and gaze into the flame. The flame is a symbol of your heart’s desire manifesting in the world. Now write down your heart’s desires and intentions. What do you want to create / manifest in your life?

START YOUR RITUAL

You are in a quiet place where you will not be disturbed. You feel comfortable and relaxed; your spine is straight and fully supported.

Focus your attention at the area of your First Chakra (located at the base of your spine, the area of your tailbone) Imaging a whirling ball of Dark Earth Red Colored light pulsing with energy in this center.

“I am one with all of life now and forever. I AM SAFE.”

Embrace any fear or doubt that separates you from others, that separates you from life. Allow your feeling of separateness to leave you now.

Continue focusing your attention at your First Chakra as you begin to daydream about your heart’s desire as if it has already happened. You are encoding your First Chakra with the vibration of what it will feel like to fully embody and live your heart’s desire.

When you feel complete with your daydream recite this Gratitude Blessing:

“I give thanks for the realization of my heart’s desire.”

Breathe out any residual resistance you may feel to embodying and living your heart’s desire.

Affirm your gratitude that your heart’s desire has been realized once more:

“I give thanks for the realization of my heart’s desire.”

Conclude your ritual by affirming:

“I walk in grace, everything in my life happens in Divine right order.”

With this affirmation you are detaching from how your heart’s desire will manifest or how it will look. It’s the feeling that your heart’s desire gives you that’s important, not the details about how it looks or how it will manifest.

Inhale fully and exhale as you visualize your First Chakra being clear, vibrantly alive and healthy. Then wiggle your fingers and toes and stretch your body as you open your eyes.
