Illness and injury are to a certain degree, a part of being alive. Even though there are some people who seem never to get sick, it is unlikely that anyone has gone through an entire life without ever getting a single cold or suffering a few cuts or bruises along the way.

Sure, some people are more illness and accident prone than others, but anyone can have health challenges as a result of thoughts, feelings, and habits.

Everything that comes into your experience matches the vibration that you put out.

Therefore, if you are experiencing illness, then you are putting out a vibration that matches and attracts that condition.

By the time you’ve manifested a physical illness, you have been putting that vibration out for a while.

You might not be surprised to hear that if you are constantly angry or unhappy, then your energy is not compatible with good health. It might not be very clear that if your emotions are rollercoaster-like, running dramatically from high to low, then you are also not in alignment with optimal health.

The idea that you are making yourself sick may not sound like a good thing, but if you care about the cause of the illness, you can also be the cause of the wellness. That sounds much better, doesn’t it?

The key to improving your situation and manifesting the healthy life that you desire is to recognize your thoughts, feelings, and their patterns and intensity in your life. By shifting your thoughts and feelings towards things that bring you joy and pleasure, you can manifest optimal health.

Vanquishing a serious illness that has already manifested in your body is much more difficult than preventing it in the first place. It is possible to heal even very serious illnesses, but you have other challenges to changing your thoughts and feelings.

Not only do you have to change a long-standing pattern of negative thought, but you also have to remain positive in the face of pain, physical limitations, and the opinions and feelings of other people might have in regard to your illness. This includes your family members and doctors.

Don’t wait until you’re seriously ill to learn to apply the Law of Attraction in order to achieve the health you desire. Allow small illnesses and injuries to serve as a wake-up call that it is time to make a change in your life.

Your Internal Guidance System will help direct you to the thoughts, feelings, and activities that will bring you joy and help you make more healthy decisions. This may include making some physical changes, such choosing a healthier diet for example. Changing your eating habits may help bring your vibration level into alignment with better health. Other changes may involve carving out time in your busy schedule to have joy every day.

By checking in with your IGS and applying the Law of Attraction for your physical well-being, you will be able to determine the best combination of activities for your healthy life.
