Angels Among Us
Many people are enamored by spiritual things. Television shows depict angels and demons, but what does the bible say about angels?

In this series on Angels Among Us you will view a 28minute sermon by Dr. Tony Evans on the Existence of Angels. In his sermon he makes a compelling case for Angels among us. Each of us who are saved and have salvation, and those who have not yet given themselves to Christ but go to Church regularly and/or pray and read the Bible have at least one or two or more Angels assigned to us. They are specifically assigned only to us. They are our personal Guardian Angels.

I personally have had three Angelic experiences. The one I'm going to share was when I was a Boy Scout. We were in the Adirondack mountains on a three day outing. We were told to don't put any candy in your tent because the Bears would enter your tent and steal your candy. Are leaders also told us to not wonder off and go inside any of the caves. Will being the wild and crazy scout I was I decided to enter a cave. I found three cute bear cubs in the cave. I did a wrong thing and touched the cute little cubs. Then I heard a sound coming toward the cave. Yes it was momma bear. I rushed out of the cave and started running. I had no idea that bears old run as fast as they did. She caught up with me and remember what our senior leaders told us to do: I played dead. There was momma bear straddled over me. It was the most terrifying moment I ever had in my life. We were face to face. Her saliva was dripping all over me. I've never smelled breath as horrible as hers. I had no idea what was going to happen next. I just laid there playing dead. Then one of my Guardian Angels took action to save me. In just a moment, momma bear turned her head toward the cave. She heard her baby cubs crying out. And all of a sudden she was gone. Her babies were more important then me. Angels ARE real and they are among us. If you are interested in my other Angelic encounter, please contact and I'd be happy to share.

Before we move forward with this series, I would like all of you to pray and embrace the salvation prayer. By praying this prayer you are giving yourself to Christ as your Lord and Savior. By doing this you will be assigned your Guardian Angels. The unsaved do not have Guardian Angels. So, Guardian Angels are not or the general public.

Please pray this prayer before you begin the Sermon by Dr. Tony Evans. He is an incredible Pastor. I have been following him for over 25 years.

Then after the Sermon you will have the opportunity to click on a link that will take you to the Alabama Song "Angels Among Us. And for your enjoyment the lyrics for the song follow the YouTube song.

I have also included relevant Scripture to support Dr Tony Evans Sermon.

I hope you enjoy the first lesson in the series. I will be publishing Part 2 of the series during the end of the week.

Please let me know know if this series was useful to you.

Lets read and embrace the a salvation prayer.
You can this alone or with someone else.

"Dear God I know I'm a sinner, I know I am not where I want to be, and I want your forgiveness! I believe that Jesus died on the cross to pay the price for my sins.

Please wash me clean from all sin, shame, and guilt, come into my life Jesus to be my Lord and Savior. I ask this in Jesus name."

Amen. If you prayed that prayer then we believe you are saved.

Now lets begin with Dr. Tony Evans Sermon on "The Existence of a Angels."

I was walking home from school, on a cold winter day
Took a shortcut through the woods, and I lost my way
It was getting late, and I was scared and alone
But then a kind old man, took my hand, and led me home
Mama couldn't see him, oh but he was standing there
And I knew in my heart, he was the answer to my prayers

Oh I believe there are, angels among us
Sent down to us, from somewhere up above
They come to you and me, in our darkest hours
To show us how to live, to teach us how to give
To guide us with the light of love

When life held troubled times, and had me down on my knees
There's always been someone, to come along, and comfort me
A kind word from a stranger, to lend a helping hand
A phone call from a friend, just to say, I understand
But ain't it kind of funny, at the dark end of the road
That someone lights the way, with just a single ray of hope.

They wear so many faces, show up in the strangest places
To grace us with their mercy, in our time of need

HEBREWS 13
"Keep on loving one another as brothers and sisters. Do not forget to show hospitality to strangers, for by so doing some people have shown hospitality to angels without knowing it. "
