MBBS Admission & Eligibility Criteria:

A Pass in 12th Standard or Equivalent examination approved by the Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bangalore with Physics, Chemistry and Biology as optional subjects and English as one of the languages of study, with at least 50% marks in aggregate of optional subjects. The candidate should have completed 17 years of age as on 31st December of the year of admission.

    12th standard equivalent marks card / pass certificate - Original + 3 attested photocopies.
    10th standard pass certificate for proof of date of birth - Original + 3 attested photocopies.
    Transfer Certificate from the institution last attended - Original + 3 attested photocopies.

MBBS Entrance Exam
    Candidates seeking MBBS admission AJIMS must qualify in NEET UG (National Eligibility Entrance Test).
    Based on the availability, allotment of MBBS seats for candidates takes place.

MD/MS/Diploma Admission & Eligibility Criteria:

A Candidate affiliated to this university and who has passed final year M.B.B.S. examination after pursuing study in a medical college recognized by the Medical Council of India, from a recognized Medical College affiliated to any other University recognized as equivalent thereto, and has completed one year compulsory rotating internship in a teaching Institution or other Institution recognized by the Medical Council of India, and has obtained permanent registration of any State Medical Council shall be eligible for admission.

MD/MS/Diploma Entrance Exam
    Candidates seeking PG Medical/Diploma admission in AJIMS must qualify in NEET PG.
    NEET Qualified candidates must participate in PG medical admission counseling conducted by KEA in the order of merit to secure a PG medical /diploma seat.
    Based on the availability, allotment of seats for candidates takes place.

NRI Eligibility & Admission:
    Candidate should have passed 12th standard and should have obtained 50% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology (taken together) and should have passed English as one of the subjects.
    The candidates should have completed 17 years of age as on the 31st December of the year of admission.
    15% of the total admissions each year (23 seats)
    Should have documents to prove their NRI/FOREIGN status eg. passport, work permit, school certificate etc
    Inward remittance certificate from the Reserve Bank of India
    Should have the eligibility certificate from the Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Science (RGUHS) to pursue medical education programmes in the state of Karnataka

A.J. Hospital & Research Centre provides following transportation facilities.
    CAB SERVICES are provided to the Railway Station / Airport on request.
    BUS FACILITY is provided from Central Railway Station to A.J. Hospital daily. Pick Up at 10.30 A. M. and Drop at 3.00 P. M.
Bank & ATM:
Canara Bank has a fully fledged branch on the hospital premises for the convenience of patients, staff and the community as a whole. The ATM booth of Canara Bank is situated in the campus near the main gate and near the temple.
Canteen & Cafeteria:
A.J. Hospital & Research Centre has a canteen and cafeteria for patients / visitors as well as for staff. Canteen is located at Ground Floor “D” block and adjacent to AJIMS Building. Café is located near the Emergency Department.
Temple & Prayer Room:
The hospital campus has a temple as well as a prayer room which are open to all seekers of divine blessings.
