What would happen if you achieved balance between your human nature and divine nature as you practice spirituality in everyday life?

What if you suddenly began to realize that the balance of mind, body, and spirit is within you?

Would you find yourself living this life with gratitude all the while basking in the divine light within you through conscious awareness?

And it is with this hope in mind whether you realize it or not that you have already begun to acknowledge the divine potential within you.

That balance, poise and stability is an expression of your divinity and humanity that is strengthened each and every time you become aware of all the Love, Joy, and Peace that is within you.

After all that you have heard you might be beginning to wonder in what ways you can begin to experience that balance of mind, body, and spirit that is within you rather than simply recognizing it through the words of another.

Despite this fact focus on your breath flowing in and out as you let go of all tensions in your body so that you can understand, just understand that when you practice meditation on a daily basis you are indeed empowering yourself to tap into that divine potential within you.

And the more you practice meditation on a daily basis the more you will find yourself experiencing that balance, poise, and stability that is indeed an expression of both your divinity and state of being.

By the same token look back upon those times of your life that are full of gratitude and recognize that even now in this moment you have access to that divine light within you through your conscious awareness.

In a little while I’m going to return you to the present moment you are choosing to see as your reality when you finish reading this article and when I do so I will invite you to take the time to simply close your eyes and allow yourself to breathe in and out of your conscious awareness so that you can experience a glimpse of that divine awareness within you without reading these words.

And if with your eyes closed you become aware of that divine light within you that is full of Love, Joy and Peace or not; realize that each morning when you rise you have an opportunity to experience that divine light again and again through the practice of meditation on a daily basis.
