How comfortable are you with change? Change is an incredible indicator that what you have been focusing on is coming to you. So how can change be a great thing?

Let's start from the beginning. When you find the Law of Attraction and realize that it has been working in your life without you consciously knowing it, it seems like such a simple concept: Change your Thoughts, Change your Life. Could it really be this easy? It depends on how you look at it.

When you begin to apply the Law of Attraction intentionally you find that you have many negative thoughts that you didn't even know were there. You have a nice visualization and you're feeling 'the now' of the life you want and then some negative thought creeps in telling you that it isn't possible to think something into existence. Now, whether you believe the negative thought or not, it did creep in. It's what you do with the negative thought and it is how you ultimately change your way of thinking that will bring you the life you want, and doing both of these takes change on your part.

Figuring out what causes you to believe a certain way will help you learn if the belief you have is serving you well. This belief could just be from your own perception of life or might have come from a family member whose habits and belief you may have picked up, but no matter what, you have to change it if it is not to your benefit and the life that you envision. Change your beliefs.

For example, let's say you have always believed that when you get older you get sick. This thought may have come from society or even your own family but it is now your belief. So if you are not comfortable with that thought, change it. "I believe that as I get older I will be healthy and joyful." That is all there is to it except that now you have to adopt your new way of thinking as a belief in your daily life.

But what if you don't believe your new statement? You may want to start with a small step in order for the logical mind to grasp and see it manifest and then you will become more confident in your manifesting ability and can then take a larger step.

What about the negative thoughts that creep up on you? It is all in your reaction. It is negative and will come back to you through your feelings if you react. You can't fake it and say, "This does not bother me," and then fume inside. You have to inwardly release the negative thought or situation and keep your eyes fixed on the life you want. The less energy you pay to the negative the less negative you will experience. So it takes change from you once again.

Once you adopt all these practices then what? Well… life will change. It can slowly change, quickly change, intermittingly change, depending on what feelings and thoughts you emit out to the Universe. Sometimes others get upset because life goes topsy-turvy and it feels as if things could be getting worse. Don't buy into it. Keep your eyes on the life you want and realize your life will change to the life you desire. Sometimes there are 'clearing out' days that have to take place because this is one of the ways the Universe takes care of you, but as long as you trust and know that your vision is coming just live through the seemingly negative with ease. Always with ease.

Change is a wonderful indicator that the life you want is right here, now, and that the Universe is bringing it to you with all the bells and whistles intact. Be grateful to see this great indicator come into your life when using the Law of Attraction.
