Meditative chimes have been around for centuries and have been used in all cultures. Chimes have a long and varied history. The sounds that are produced by chimes are very soothing and meditative, producing relaxation.

Chimes can be very useful for shaping the environment that you would like to create. You can achieve a perfect balance to receive more positive energy flow through peaceful and tranquil sounds. Chimes can also be a highly effective and invaluable tool. It can be a way to set the mood for your next meditation, presentation, class and/or gathering. It is conducive to listening and learning.

Meditative chimes resonate to the quite space within us, helps you to center during meditation and can be very useful to set the mood and center yourself before performing Reiki or other forms of energy healing.

We live in a vast ocean of sound. But what is the sound made by a single drop? Just a gentle tap to a chime emits a powerful tone of singular beauty that last and lasts. Sounds like this are often used in meditation and healing, because they help us to focus and redirect our attention to the sounds within.

For best results, play the chime quietly. Then take a deep breath and listen. Used before a meditation, this helps to anchor your meditation to relax, refocus and re energize. Gently tap the chime after your meditation is complete to again anchor it in as you become centered and grounded. Chimes used regularly will help produce a conditioned response whenever you are meditating. When our body is in a state of relaxation, we are in a better position to heal.
