Happiness increases 10 fold when it is shared. If you are familiar with Dr. David Hawkin's work you will know that when our energy calibration rises our field of influence rises too.

Increasing self awareness will open your mind to realising just how susceptible you are to environmental influences. This begins with the constant barrage from the media to which you are exposed, if you allow yourself to be. Since this process is subconscious, by the time you realise just how fed up you are with the negative sentiment around you and that it makes you feel fearful and depressed, the balance of momentum has swung against you. In other words, at this stage it becomes much harder to shake off the emotional trauma and lift your spirits out of the ashes and watch with detachment how the world creates its own self fulfilling demise by its own uncontrolled thinking.

When the buttons of our core fears are constantly pressed it is easy to give in and lose sight of the fact that fear ultimately is seldom real. It stands for false evidence appearing real, and for good reason. Most of the time when we give in to fear we give in to something that has not yet happened, or something that has happened to someone we know and care about.

Your untrained mind projects outside events onto you as if they were happening to you. You experience this as fear in the case of negative events and as optimism with positive events.

Your mind also looks to the past and the future and projects possibilities that have not happened yet and makes them appear real to you. Or it takes past references and makes them appear real through the emotions and feelings you have when you access the projected memories.

Again, if the future projection is negative fear sets in and if it is positive you will feel a sense of optimism. However, neither emotion is real, since they both are projections. The only difference is that you interpret the one emotion as pleasant and the other one as negative.

If you want to raise your vibrational level and produce better outcomes in your life you must learn to become more aware of your thinking. This may well mean that you have to go beyond your normal comfort zone and operate on a level which you'd rather ignore,

Don't make that mistake. In the long run it will cost you dearly. Take the time to learn energy techniques based on energy psychology to direct and increase cognitive awareness. When you have learned to notice a negative thought and accept it for what it is and then choose a different, more positive thought you effectively neutralise the negative thought. Plus and minus cancel each other out and produce a neutral. It is one of the principles of healing.

From this point of balance you can easily swing into the new direction and direct your thoughts and energy levels to a higher vibration from which you will attract the things you wish for. Once that inner candle is lit you can keep it alight, simply by noticing how your positive energy field affects others around you.

This is one of nature's gift to mankind, because, as the Buddha said, if you light many other candles with one candle you do not shorten the life of the candle. The real beauty though is this: You will spread more and more light and happiness without any further effort as other people in turn light other candles with theirs. This is the true nature of profound change that has the power to change the world.
