“One day, men, too, will benefit. But today, it is our turn. Today the big health breakthroughs are woman-wise cures—cures discovered by women, with women... for women.

“One day,” says Susan Lark, M.D., pioneer of woman-wise cures, “all medicine will be practiced this way.”

Surprisingly, though, women haven’t been told about these breakthroughs. And, even though they are clinically proven, and specifically created with women in mind, some doctors still claim that... when it comes to health... what works for him... should work for her!

But unisex never works in health—and never will!

How to be Healthy—the Woman-Wise Way

We’ve come a long way and, even if we have left some doctors behind, plenty of others are racing ahead, creating new Woman-Wise Cures.

Here’s a simple example:

• Old way:
Even today, a woman with a bladder problem is often put on exactly the same medication as a man. That means antibiotics. But antibiotics are NOT the answer for women with bladder problems. Why? Because as women get older, they produce less estrogen, and estrogen protects our bladder and urethra from harmful fungi and bacteria. It is estrogen that helps us maintain a mucous shield that protects us from bacterial invasion.

That’s why antibiotics just make the situation worse for women. Yeast infections are just the first of the many side effects of antibiotics. Over time, the damage from bladder infections can develop into interstitial cystitis—and then pain becomes really awful.

• New Woman-Wise way:
But the new approach recognizes that bladder problems in women are often the result of a natural drop in estrogen levels.

And, estriol, a weak natural estrogen, applied as a cream, cures the problem once and for all! Estriol also builds up the vaginal lining. Yet—despite a reported 95% success-rate with estriol, as reported by the New England Journal of Medicine—many doctors still remain unaware of this cure’s effectiveness for women.

If you have bladder problems, apply estriol cream and take buffered vitamin C to boost your immunity for 2 weeks.

• Old way:
Cranberry juice—in theory—acidifies your urine and flushes out bacteria in your bladder. But cranberry juice with sugar added just encourages bacterial growth. Plus, most women need a more alkaline diet, as you will see in a minute.

• New Woman-Wise way:
One quarter of a teaspoon of sodium bicarbonate (yes—the yellow box in your refrigerator!) works much better than cranberry juice for most women. Try it!

These are examples of Woman-Wise Cures—and the truly remarkable results experienced by women when they are treated as women—and not as men with different “bikini-parts”!
