Experience the True Power of Positive Thinking

Positive thinking is one of the most powerful applications of the human mind and yet is underrated and often misunderstood. For positive thinking to work it has to start from the very essence of yourself, and it must begin from the very core of who you are. From there it shines outwards and transforms your personal life, environment and then extends beyond into the universe itself. Positive thinking is powerful, miraculous and deceptively simple.

The simplicity of this technique is often what can cause it to be dismissed by those searching for change within their lives. There is also the misconception that positive thinking is nothing more than burying your head in the sand as the turmoil thunders around you like a tornado. In fact true positive thinking forces one to look square in the face at any turmoil, take full responsibility for your situation and to then tell a new tale of positivity, abundance and happiness.

The most controversial statement will be that all situations encountered by the self are in fact manufactured from deep rooted belief and habit. Simply speaking, what you expect and believe you will manifest. What you put out into the world you will receive; good or bad. The truth of this is startling and when experienced to the full will give you all the motivation and encouragement you could ever need to change your thinking and so change your life forever.

If you have ever tapped a tunic fork close to a guitar string or next to piano strings you will notice that the two will sound together as the frequency exuding from the tunic fork will attract the same vibration from the instrument string. How the tuning fork vibrates will result in a similar vibration beyond itself. This beautifully simple example is actually the entirety of the power of positive thinking.

As you tune yourself to a different frequency then the world around you will sing at the same pitch and you will see the results of your personal melody play out before you. So if you do not like the scene that you see then simply change the soundtrack. In other words send out a new vibration and receive back a new vibration. How one does this is through positive thinking.

Wherever you are right now, no matter what the circumstances might be, simply focus on one good thing about your situation, or one good memory, or one good object. In other words find something, anything, that will allow you to shift your focus away from the negative frequency and now focus on a positive frequency. Keep with it and allow it to grow through your focus, for whatever you focus upon will expand within your awareness.

As you fall asleep take with you a final positive thought and as you awake begin with a positive thought and allow that vibration to extend beyond you and into your day. Obviously if you are in a severely dangerous situation whether personally or professionally then you obviously need to get safe and find help. This has to be stated so that you do not put yourself at risk while at the same time trying to think positive.

So you will start and finish each day with a new vibration and take this with you in your daily life. As conflictual situations arise merely start to emphasise any positive element that you can find, no matter how small and focus upon it. For example if you have a work colleague you do not get on with and are faced with this person then, for one moment, suspend all your judgement and try to go with a more positive flow.

This certainly does not mean that you allow them to walk all over you but it does mean that you take a chance and allow a new relational story to be told. Perhaps turn the conversation around to a more positive subject, or if someone is trying to engage you in gossip, start to inject positive statements. This will either turn the conversation around or the person will leave you alone.

These examples may seem very basic and very simple yet they contain much power. Give yourself a chance to experience this wonderful transformation by applying the technique to simple daily activities. This will boost your confidence and allow you to expand yourself and try more and more. Believe me this does work and it works phenomenally and you will be amazed and what can unfold as you vibrate with the power of positive thinking.
