According to ancient *Vedic science there exists throughout the entire cosmos a transcendent unified field of pure potentiality that itself is non-changing, but from which all force and matter fields emerge.
This unified field is the field of all possibilities because all the laws of nature reside within it. This field is also said to be pure creative intelligence, pure consciousness.
This transcendent unified field of consciousness that permeates all of creation is your inner nature as well – it is your inner being. It is from here that all impulses of creativity and productivity emerge. You are part of the cosmos. So within you is this same basic constituent of life; that unified field of pure creative intelligence, the field of all possibilities. This is your birthright!
This inner reality of life, and the knowledge of how to tap that transcendental field of pure creative intelligence deep within oneself and make use of it, has been understood and preserved by reclusive Himalayan Vedic Masters since the most ancient of times. These Masters have maintained custodianship over certain meditation techniques for making contact with ones transcendental inner being.
Over the last several decades a number of such meditation practices have been brought out to the West by various Vedic Masters. One of the most popular meditation techniques to be introduced to the Western world has been the Transcendental Meditation (TM) technique by Maharishi Mahesh Yogi. Over five million people worldwide have started practicing the TM technique and reported almost miraculous effects on their daily lives. The interest of the scientific community was aroused. Since its introduction to the West in 1958, over 600 scientific research studies have been conducted on the TM technique at over 200 universities and research institutions in thirty-three countries, and published in more than 100 major scientific journals. Major benefits have been reported in all areas of personal, and employee and organizational development and success. No other technique of personal development has received such scrutiny and acclaim. Corporate executives have taken notice and have introduced the TM technique to their employees. Among them have been General Motors Corporation, Toyota Motor Company, Sternberger Motor Corporation, P.A. Medical Corporation, Sunnydale Farms Inc. and Sumitomo Heavy Industries.
A study of 125 Executives and Managers at a Fortune 100 company found that their practice of the TM technique resulted in significant improvements in health, job effectiveness and satisfaction, and interpersonal relationships. The study, which was published in the journal Anxiety, Stress and Coping, also reported that the employees enjoyed reductions in anxiety, insomnia, fatigue, job tension, and cigarette and hard liquor use.
Measured benefits from other studies have been: reduced job worry and tension, better mental and physical health, more energy and vitality, increased alertness, increased happiness and job satisfaction, improved productivity and job performance, and improved family life.
A number of books have been written about the benefits of incorporating TM into the workplace.
The most recent is For Sales Sake Meditate by Vincent J. Daczynski (available through Amazon.com). This book is about motivating salesmen from within themselves. “Show salesmen how to tap their inner creative intelligence and energy and they will naturally boost their sales,” says Daczynski.
Because the unified field of consciousness is your own inner nature you need not look far to find it. It is easily experienced through the practice of the TM technique. The TM technique is a simple mental procedure which enables one to make contact with that unbounded pure potentiality of life that lies deep within every individual. With practice the inner value of life becomes more available to us to draw from. And, this is what results in the wide range of reported benefits in health, improved interpersonal relationships, and increased productivity. And, one’s desires are materialized more quickly. This is the ancient secret to success.

*’Vedic’ pertains to Veda. Veda comes from the root, “vid,” to know. Veda means knowledge. The Vedas are the most ancient records of knowledge.
Vince Daczynski has over 35 years experience with the Transcendental Meditation (TM) technique and TM-Sidhi program. (The TM-Sidhi program is an advanced meditation program). In 1969, Mr. Daczynski resigned from his position as National Manager of Field Engineering with a New York City based leasing company to study in India with Maharishi Mahesh Yogi where he became qualified as a teacher of the Transcendental Meditation program. Subsequently, he joined Singer Business Machine Company as product service manager, advanced systems, during which time he also established a Transcendental Meditation club for his co-workers. He later changed careers to stockbroker and introduced the TM program to fellow salesmen. Daczynski, who also completed sales training in real estate and insurance, realized the direct benefits of the TM program as a sales training tool and developed his lecture notes into this highly useful book.
