For me, a wonderful person state means the following things:

Clear Goals: Failing to plan goals means planning to goals failure. I want myself waken up with clear goals in the brain. Taking action right now with clear goals in the brain is the best choice. But first we have to have the desire to take action, right?

Peace in the heart: Every day, there are always something unexpected happened to ¡°disturb¡± us. We can¡¯t predict them and in fact there is no need to predict them. Perhaps someone will argue that if we are prepared with the bad things, we will not be able to bear them when they come someday. This seems correct and reasonable, but we have a better solution. I am honored to share you with 3 top beliefs which will make you feel peaceful: i) everything is best arranged to improve us. ii) The only valuable thing you can grasp is now, neither the past nor the future. iii) You are the master of yourself and you can always have better solution. Wonderful work:

For me, a wonderful work means dedicatedly working, first thing first down, preparing for work in advance, making the work as perfect as possible in limited time. I love working, not only because I need to survive, but also it brings me value, satisfaction and challenges. In fact, we have spent a lot of time on working, so trying to make work enjoyable, exciting and improved seems good, right?

Wonderful relationship:

We want to establish good relationship with family, friends, classmates, and colleagues and so on. We want to have a friendly and attentive atmosphere while living, especially an attentive atmosphere in family, which is one the most powerful sources of force. In the creative visualization, I usually visualize a good temper, a friendly smile, a gentle but firm tone and so on.

With the three points thought over, we can list them in one paper. I usually use a mind map to express the things to be listed. So next time, you will spend less time on the listing, but I recommend that it is better to repeat this procedure next time, because you will possible find something new and attractive to you.

What are the detailed steps to make such a creative visualization?

Generally speaking, the procedure of answering the first question is the first step. It is guide of the whole creative visualization. Many friends have said that they couldn¡¯t concentrate on visualization, and in my opinion, you can get improved through answering the first question. Now let¡¯s begin.

Firstly, saying to you firmly: I begin a wonderful creative visualization to make a wonderful day for me. Secondly, recalling the things listed in the first question and visualizing them one by one. For me, I just recall the map in my head. Can you image that how clear these things are in my head when using mind map to express them? It is a picture in my brain. The detail information about my creative visualization is about this:

I clearly recalled my three goals next year, which are ¡­¡­ I can see they are implemented one by one next year. I can see exactly the detail environment of implementing them and congratulations from others on implementing them. I feel brave, peaceful, absorbed, mellow and confident. I can hear the sound of the congratulations, praise and suggestions. I can see what I am wearing and the smile, tone, speed of speaking and action at that time. I can see the clock on the wall showing me the right time set in my goal.

I feel too impatient to wait to take action on achieving these goals. I can see that I keep on working dedicatedly, without hearing anything noise. I have divided my work into small steps. I am thinking of concrete way of goal implementing on bus, railway, car and bike. I feel 5-minute is a long time to complete a small step of my action. I am now not walking to success, but running to success, so I will, I can and I must work harder than others. I can see I have grasped the minute I can use firmly. I try to reduce my cost of unused action and interruption from myself. I sit still, keep silent, and concentrate on one thing.

Everything happened, happening and will happen to me is a best arrangement for me. I can see I keep smile all the time, including dealing with them. I feel peaceful because what I do is only to find the good of the ¡°something¡± and if I have not time now, I can really recognize that I can certainly improve myself through it. I am smiling, peaceful, and action actively.

Although I am working harder than ever to move closer to success, I am still able to keep a good relationship. I can feel the attentive atmosphere among my family. I can see laugh and smile in my family and I give, get hugs and kisses to and from my family. I feel peaceful in the family and the great power in it. I can see I am changed to be a person less criticism and more praise. I can see that I am finding things (whether small or big) to help others. I can see I speak out my thanks right now.I can feel more confident, more peaceful and smile is on my face all day long.

With the visualization going on, you can see the exact pieces of pictures flashing before your eyes. Must I begin such a creative visualization in the morning?

It is not a ¡°must¡± to begin such a creative visualization in the morning. In fact, you can begin it at any time of the day. But for most people, creative visualization in the morning and evening will have better effect. We have to know that the more clear and vivid the visualization is, the greater progress we will made and the bigger chances we will have to go success. So if you have a time period over 5 minutes (you can always have such chances), you can practice creative visualization on one topic. Remember that ¡°you are the master of yourself¡±, you have the ability to decide to enter a state of peaceful at any time, now is the time to develop such ability. So don¡¯t hesitate to begin a creative visualization (perhaps only 5 minutes long).
