Reiki and Theta Healing utilize the universal life force for healing. With Reiki, the practitioner places his or her hands over the client and allows the energy to flow where it’s needed. Theta Healing teaches the practitioner to connect to Source and command and witness changes in the body and mind. During Reiki the practitioner is typically in alpha brainwaves. A Theta practitioner slows his or her brainwaves lower than alpha to Theta. Combining both therapies is a wonderful and powerful experience for both practitioner and client.

Stand behind the client’s head in the first position. Connect to Source and ask to scan the inside of the client’s body. Look for anything that feels out of balance. Remember these areas. If you prefer, additionally scan the body using your hands.

Ask the client for permission to heal that which needs healing. Command Source to make the change and witness it happening.

Ask Source to alert you of additional areas that are of concern regarding this client. You may discover the client is experiencing emotional hurdles.

Continue with the Reiki positions while remaining in Theta.

While connected to Source, you may be alerted of various obstacles the client is facing. Ask Source for clarification whenever you need it. Continue to command healings and witness the changes throughout the session.

Finish your session by psychically cleaning off and grounding. Wash your hands to stop the flow of Reiki.

Tip: It's understood the client has given you permission to heal. If you prefer, ask the client's higher self for permission to command changes instead of interrupting for a verbal response each time.
