1. Do not lie, write the truth
To begin with, a resume should be believable. It is worth indicating the actual dates and positions in which you worked.

Having seen a high position in the track record, the recruiter will begin to ask clarifying questions. If a person does not actually have a practice, this will soon become apparent. For example, the applicant can talk about working in a team, that they helped him, but he will not name a single specific tool.

2. Work experience and skills
Looking through the resume, the recruiter will surely pay attention to your skills. It is necessary to indicate the key skills, experience and describe in detail the job responsibilities at previous places of work. If your functionality including the use of special technologies and tools, be sure to add such information to the resume. This could be your competitive advantage.

5. Without experience
To a person who does not have experience or who wants to radically change his sphere of activity, I recommend indicating the available regalia, for example, honors, additional courses, participation in social activities and other achievements. After reviewing the resume, the recruiter must understand that a person is interested in working.

In case of a lack of experience, be sure to write a cover letter. The positive message and motivation of the applicant should be read. You can indicate that you are quickly trained and agree to a trial period for a lower salary.

Sample letter template: “Good afternoon! I saw your vacancy on the site ... I am enclosing my resume. Work experience ... I understand that my skills are not enough. Are you ready to consider my candidacy for the position ... with a lower salary? ”
