In my daily practice as a Functional Diagnostic Nutritionist, and as a college Health and Wellness professor, I hear the horror stories about synthetic hormone replacement treatments over and over again. When someone takes synthetic hormones, what happens is that the body is forced into a different rhythm abruptly and therefore it gets confused and reacts in a negative way. Tip # 2 - Find a Local Yoga Class that will help to ease the stress and tension form your body and help to restore mental and emotional balance to a mixed up hormonal system.

Tip # 3- Begin to eat more organic animal protein-A high-carbohydrate diet and a diet full of fast food and junk foods, will begin to set the stage for a women to have intestinal health problems.

Tip # 4 - Stop eating processed vegetable oils, trans fats because these have a tendency to make an intestinal fertile ground for parasites.

Tip # 5- Stop eating Soy or soy products unless it is soy that is organic and processed in Japan. If you need more proof take time to read “The Soy Deception” a book that is a great resource for women.
