We’ve all seen leaders whose influence was short-term. They were here today and gone tomorrow. So what is the difference in leaders who last and the ones pass the test of time? The answer can be found in the single word ”Faithfulness”.
Dr. Crawford Lorrits is more than a pastor to me. I basically view him almost as a Life Coach. This past Sunday he discussed the type of leader that is sustainable and lasts. I am pleased to share his amazing thoughts and insights with you.
1.The key to faithfulness is to find out what you were born to do.
2.We’ve all made commitments we were unable to keep. There needs to be some grace in this.
3.The clock and the calendar are enemies of our intentions.
4.Faithfulness is a relative term because it’s constantly growing and developing characteristic.

11.Faithfulness trumps greatness.
12.Faithfulness is the difference between dreams and reality and intentions and impact.
13.Faithfulness teaches us that we need to live lives with the end in mind. We need to be people who live from grave.
14.Faithful people look at the grave and then backfill their life.
15.Faithfulness is tied to God’s goodness in our lives.
16.The end of the road will not be frivolous, The end clarifies everything.
17.Faithfulness is a core choice.
5 Features of Faithfulness
