If nothing goes wrong, you would have a good day. If you break down on the motorway, you would be late for work. Not to mention that you have tons of work in the office and your boss might yell at you.

You can also make good use of your calendar to remind yourself what to do on schedule. For example, you have a business meeting with your boss in the late afternoon. At the same time, you need to meet your friends at around 19:30. That brings pretty much stress and anxiety. You need to be super-efficient to leave the office before it is too late. You need to get things done before you finish what you are told to do.

2. Set Priorities
Based on your to-do list, every item on the list should be prioritized based on the date, money, and importance. You need to handle them in order. You should mark which needs to be fixed first and is more urgent than another.

3. Plan ahead
Before you start to do anything, try to figure out which one should be done first and which one should be done later. Do not just rush to go or do. You should think before you take action. Step-by-step to put everything in order. Try to adjust your temple to your work and get used to it. It would make things process smoothly and well.

4. Good time management
After you get tied up for many things, you need a better arrangement. You have to think more and do more. Every day is a busy day. That means that you cannot waste any minute and needs to be managed well. Follow your to-do list and waste no time to make all the items on the list get done. Maybe you hang out to have a chat with your colleague and forget about time. Maybe you have a traffic jam and get delayed. It does possibly happen and runs out of time.

5. Create boundaries

6. Do not overwork
