I believe that we have been creating our own problems in western medicine and that we need to continue looking for more natural cures. Consider that we have more advanced medical care and drugs than ever before in history, yet we are sicker than ever before in history. Maybe drugs are not the way to go. How about treating obesity with exercise instead of drugs. Probably the best cure for childhood obesity is not to give medication, but instead take away the tv.

 

In my opionion, most of our medical problems can be best dealt with by improving our lifestyle and focusing on preventive care. I have heard that in Japan doctors only get paid if their patients are healthy. If a sick patient goes to the doctor, he or she gets free treatment, so the medical community receives incentive to keep the people healthy. Our medical community gets paid for sick care. What is the incentive here? Sick people = money. There is a problem there.

 

I became a massage therapist and Nikken consultant because I wanted to provide better care for my family. We sleep on magnetic mattresses, drink pi water, breath negatively-charged ozone-free filtered air, get as much of our food as we can organically, take whole-food nutritional supplements, and use massage therapy and magnets to take care of our regular aches and pains.
