I specialize in developing and facilitating Island Retreats for women, focusing on self-care, enlightenment, motivation, goal setting, re-directing stress for positive living, communication, and healthy expressions of anger. 

Dedicated and committed to living joyfully and sharing that with others. I have worked with women for over 35 years as a cosmetologist, life coach, mentor and friend. Certified Life Coach through the award winning school Southwest Institute Of Healing Arts, Tempe, AZ.

I am a member of AZ Holistic Chamber of Commerce. I have been a public speaker, have published articles, and volunteered in the community (Displace Homemakers, Women’s domestic violence shelter, Girl Scouts of America).
