It has been said that “one writes in order to know oneself.” When you begin and maintain the writing process, you open the door to your own self-knowledge. You become aware of yourself, the consequences of your actions, your strengths, your limitations, passions, dreams, gifts, as well as what gives you joy—all of which illuminate who you really and what makes you uniquely you. Reflective writing helps you re-establish a relationship with yourself so that you may know the contents of your own heart and soul.” (RS)
“You are about to embark on a writing journey, that will open your mind, heart, and eyes to who you have been, who you are now and who you are becoming. You will also examine the life you are living and the life you desire to live. It is the most important journey an individual can ever make—the Journey of Becoming Oneself!
