Snoring has become a very common issue among people and almost everyone experiences it as the one snoring himself/herself or as the one staying with a snoring person. According to the research 44% men and around 28 % experience snoring and it is caused by the vibration of a soft tissue present at the back of the throat while breathing in or breathing out.

You must also try to sleep with your mouth closed as it also reduces snores and prevents you from having a disturbed and disrupted sleep time. You must stay hydrated as this also helps in reducing snores and makes you feel better after a calm and peaceful sleep. Avoid alcohol consumption and smoking also prevents you from snoring and enhances the quality of your sleep.
